As the daughter of a military family, she has had the opportunity to train in multiple places and learn from a variety of accomplished instructors and choreographers, allowing her to develop a versatile style and appreciation for diverse approaches to dance.She believes dance is one of the most powerful forms of storytelling, using movement to connect with others and create meaningful experiences. Whether performing, choreographing, or teaching, Marissa strives to bring authenticity, emotion, and purpose to every piece she creates.
