Hailey Way

Hailey Way is an alumna of Island Dance and Whidbey Island Dance Theatre. She gravitated toward the freedom of modern dance during her formative years but eventually fell in love with the grace of ballet, joining the WIDT company in high school. During her tenure, Hailey performed in productions including Grease, The Nutcracker, and WIDT’s Choreography Showcase.

After graduating from the University of Washington with a degree in Journalism and numerous electives in the dance program, Hailey expanded her artistic journey. She danced improv in Austin, Texas, with First Street Studio and performed as a contemporary dancer in Meyer2Meyer Entertainment's Haunted Cocktail Soiree in Seattle.

Currently, Hailey works at the Langley Chamber of Commerce and runs her own publication, Isle Chronicles. Her professional experiences span modeling, acting, traveling as a bartender, serving as a VIP flight attendant, and freelance writing.

Returning to the Pacific Northwest, Hailey seeks to reconnect with a vibrant arts community. She is passionate about cultivating her love for dance, self-expression, and style to develop a methodology that inspires future generations of dancers.
