Mandatory Dancewear allows your children to focus on the movement and relationship with their teachers, while not worrying about what someone else is wearing. We want uniformity at our studio this year especially in the beginning levels of classes. The classes below have mandatory wear provided by Eurotard.

My Adult and Me Tumbling
The little gymnast is allowed to wear any style leotard/ bike short, or black bikeatard.

Tap Level 3+ (summer session any color leotard. Teen adults may wear other form fitting tops)

Jazz Level 3+

Hip Hop
Easy to move in clothes. NO crop tops or mid drifts visible. Shorts must be at least 3" inseam.

Lyrical/Contemporary

Any color leotard, or form fitting tops (NO crop tops or mid drifts visible). Leggings, tights or shorts (minimum 3" inseam).

Adults
Any color/style appropriate for your class

Modern
Any color leotard, or form fitting tops (NO crop tops or mid drifts visible). Leggings, tights or shorts (minimum 3" inseam).

​Ballet 4+

Required Attire

• Black leotard — any style

• Tights: Ballet pink tights are standard attire. Dancers may alternatively wear tights in a skin tone that complements their natural complexion.

• Hair: No headbands or scrunchies.

 

Warm-Ups

If needed, warm-up attire must be dance-specific and similar in style to the warm-ups provided by Eurotard.

Not Permitted

Street clothes, sweatpants, pajamas, baggy clothing, or other non-dance attire are not permitted in the classroom. Shorts are not permitted in any classical genre, including ballet and pointe.

Dress Code Enforcement

Dancers who arrive in non-regulation attire will receive one warning. Continued dress code violations may result in the dancer being asked to leave class and return when properly dressed.
