KinderCreative Music and Dance Camp
July 4th to 8th and August 8th to 12th, 2011
Ages 4 and Up (entering Kindergarten in the fall at minimum)

This exciting new camp includes creative movement, ballet, music and art activities led by a qualified children's dance and music specialist. Full-Day and Half-Day options are available. Two week registrations receive a 10% discount.

Children′s Summer Program
July 25th to August 5th, 2011
Ages 8 and Up (Standard 1 to Grade 3 Level)

IDS welcomes both new and returning students to our Children′s Summer Dance Program.

Our two week children′s summer school offers daily ballet class. Students will also experience Character Dance, Jazz, Creative Movement, and Conditioning Classes. There will also be an opportunity to explore the acting side of dance with our unique drama for dance classes.

Senior Summer Dance Intensive
July 11th to August 5th, 2011

Level A - Gr 6/RAD Intermediate and Above
Level B - Gr 4 to 6/RAD Intermediate Foundation

Island Dance Studio welcomes students to an International Summer Program for serious dance students. Faculty includes internationally recognized Canadian teachers.

Classes will include ballet, jazz, modern and conditioning. Pointe work, repertoire and classical variations will be offered to students with the appropriate experience. This program can serve as an audition for the Bridge Program with IDS and Ballet Victoria.
